Wind River Bug Ranch began as the insect-rearing side of a lizard-breeding operation. When shipping live feeders into Wyoming became unreliable due to extreme winter cold, summer heat, high shipping costs, and dead-losses from stress, we started raising our own insects in-house.
Today, we have scaled up our insect operation while keeping the same attention to detail required for top-quality reptile feeders. That care shows in the health, activity, vibrant colours, and nutritional quality of the insects we produce.
